Clyde at Tulsa Channel 8

Club members Clyde & Richard were recently featured on Tulsa Channel 8 to raise awareness for our 2013 Big Bird Fly-In event.  They even brought a 3D airplane to the station!  Thanks guys!

Compass 7HV

Brian has just completed the build on a Compass 7HV helicopter over the last few months.  It uses two 5,000 mah Lipo batteries.  Brian did the maiden flight on 3/2/13 and it went great after getting a few settings dialed in.  We look forward to seeing Brian really wring this thing out as better flying weather approaches!

EF Yak 54

Phil has been working on putting his Extreme Flight 88" Yak 54 back together.  The rebuild includes recovering both wings, a new cowl and a new DA-60 engine!

OMP Extra 300

Clyde is getting ready for spring flying by putting together an OMP Extra 300 that's powered by a DA-50!

3DHS 104 Slick

Meanwhile....a few miles up the road, Frank is assembling a 3D Hobby Shop 104" Slick.  The race is on to see if Clyde or Frank will finish first!

Who We Are...

  • Welcome to the Bartlesville Falcons club web site.  We are diverse group of people from in and around Bartlesville, Oklahoma and have many different backgrouds and skill sets, but all have one common trait...a love for things that fly!

If you share this love or are just interested in spectating to see what the sport consists of, please contact one of the the club members or officers or just drop by our field.

If you are interested in experiencing what it's like to fly a model airplane, we give a free one-time intro flight and free flight training for new club members!  Contact one of the club officers for details.
